Orders will be processed as soon as they are received; noicoltivatoridelladaunia.it undertakes to deliver the products as quickly as possible. If the ordered goods are refused, the return transport costs will be charged to the customer. Shipments will be made by express courier (within 2/3 working days) throughout the national territory. Transport costs will be calculated based on weight and destination.

Implementation of Directive 9l / l / EC on the protection of consumers in the field of distance contracts. The supplier of the requested services or products is Centro Pellet e Stufe Srl based in Contrada Pozzacchi - 71010 San Paolo di Civitate (FG), Italy. Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions. To exercise the right of withdrawal, within 10 days of receiving the goods, the Customer must send a written communication by registered letter with return receipt to the address: Centro Pellet e Stufe Srl - Contrada Pozzacchi - 71010 San Paolo di Civitate (FG), Italy. For the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, the purchased products must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging, with original labels not removed and with attached tax documentation. The packaging of the Products must be accurate, in order to safeguard the original wrapping from damage, affixing of writings or labels. All items and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way.

Method of reimbursement of the consideration
The effectiveness of the withdrawal is subject to verification of the conditions of the returned Products by Nodì. If the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised pursuant to the previous provisions, Noi Coltivatori della Daunia will refund the price paid for the purchase, less all shipping and transport costs by bank transfer (or other form of payment) within 30 days from receipt of the returned products. We Cultivators of Daunia will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the Return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
