Peranzana, a typical cultivar of the upper Tavoliere area, north of Puglia, gives an unparalleled balance of bitter and spicy.

The Monocultivar Peranzana is the oil suitable for the table of those who love an EVO Olive Oil with a strong and intense taste, for important occasions  and special dishes, fruity, balanced and with the typical scent of grass and fresh almond.

At the top of the board it is loved to taste it, freshly milled, with light dishes (turnip greens, broccoli, broccoli) that enhance its flavor and taste, but also with traditional bruschetta with tomato, with salt water or simply with  bread and salt.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: Excellent for those who love to flavor every dish with the right note of sweetness. Perfect on first and second courses. For a little gluttony, try a few drops on dark chocolate or a steaming cup of hot chocolate.
